This is an opportunity to join the practice at an exciting time and to be part of the growth story. SoundRidge is seeking a Lead Wealth Planner to support the advisors with complex wealth planning and investment analysis. This role will have a lot of flexibility to lead planning strategies and drive initiatives. Typical clients are in $3mm - $25mm Net-worth range.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver detailed wealth plans for high net-worth clients covering retirement, estate planning strategies, insurance, and investment goals
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with Financial Advisors to support client relationships and ensure plan implementation
- Maintain and update wealth plans as clients’ circumstances and market conditions evolve
- Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and planning summaries
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in wealth planning or wealth management
- CFP designation required or actively in progress
- Proficiency in wealth planning software (e.g., eMoney and Aladdin)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – comfort presenting to sophisticated clients is a must
- Experience with excel and Microsoft office suite
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, client-ready work
- Series 65 or 66 preferred

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. This role is open to both mid-level advisors and seasoned professionals looking for a high-quality platform to grow their practice.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with high net-worth clients, serving as their trusted financial collaborator
- Develop comprehensive investment plans covering wealth management, retirement, estate planning strategies, and wealth preservation
- Prospect and cultivate new client relationships through referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Collaborate with firm leadership to deliver a white-glove client experience consistent with SoundRidge’s standards
- Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a related wealth management role
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required, CFP designation a plus
- Proven track record of building and retaining client relationships
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive
- Experience working with high net-worth clients preferred
